PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk, yang lebih dikenal sebagai Indocement, merupakan salah satu perusahaan produsen semen terbesar di Indonesia. Perusahaan ini mulai menjalankan kegiatan operasionalnya sejak tahun 1975 dan hingga kini terus berperan penting dalam industri semen nasional.

Perjalanan Indocement diawali dengan pendirian PT Distinct Indonesia Cement Enterprise (DICE) pada tahun 1975. Perusahaan tersebut membangun pabrik semen di Citeureup, Jawa Barat, dengan kapasitas awal mencapai 500 ribu ton per tahun, yang menjadi fondasi berkembangnya Indocement hingga saat ini.

Pada Oktober 2016, Indocement kembali memperkuat kapasitas produksinya dengan meresmikan pabrik ke-13 yang dikenal sebagai Plant 14 di Kompleks Pabrik Citeureup. Fasilitas ini memiliki kapasitas produksi hingga 4,4 juta ton per tahun dan tercatat sebagai pabrik semen terintegrasi terbesar yang pernah dibangun oleh Indocement bersama HeidelbergCement Group. Dengan beroperasinya Plant 14, total kapasitas terpasang perusahaan meningkat menjadi 25,5 juta ton semen per tahun.

1. Senior Auditor

Responsibilities :

• Assist in planning, implementing & reporting audit tasks for the finance & accounting function within the company & related business units. This includes ensuring compliance with job descriptions, internal auditing responsibilities, auditing standards & the code of ethics.
• Design and execute audit plans, conduct audits and prepare reports that provide clear insights and recommend objective assurance and advisory designed to add value and improve an organization’s.
• Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of governance, risk management and control processes
• Ensure the independence and integrity of the audit process, findings, opinions and recommendations by maintain objectivity and impartiality throughout the audit, and supported by evidence and are accurate, reliable, and relevant to the audit objectives.
• Ensure that all aspects of the audit are conducted in a fair and unbiased manner, free from any external influences or conflicts of interest.
• Maintain the confidentiality of company data, information, policies, manuals, SOPs, transactions, records & reports.

Qualification :

• Master degree in Finance or equivalent
• Having minimum of 5 years of experience in related industry
• Experience in auditing and/or Risk Management Assessment would be preferred
• Good communication skills
• Result Oriented, Accountable, Teamwork, High Integrity & Pro Active
• Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Willing to be placed in Citeureup (Bogor) Office

2. Performance Improvement Manager

Qualification :

• Degree in Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in concrete materials or related building materials industry
• Concrete production knowledge and direct experience with plant engineering, processes, control system, and staff management
• Ability to understand the operational, technical, commercial and financial aspects of the business and how they relate to each other
• Ability to apply understand the operational, technical, commercial and financial aspects of the business and how they relate to each other
• Ability to apply technical recommendations is a progmatic, hands-on way to the actual operating environment
• Strong analytic skills and the ability to engage people into a data-driven management culture
• Highly organized and self-motivated with excellent communication and project management skills, and the strong desire to work alongside and support our line management with all aspects of continuous Performance Improvement
• Strong communication skills to all levels from blue collar worker to CEO in an international environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
• Strong ability to a coach and motivate peers without direct lines of authority
• Strong English spoken and written skills; other languages relevant to the APAC region are a plus
