PT Reska Multi Usaha (KAI Services) adalah anak perusahaan PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) yang didirikan pada tahun 2003. Perusahaan ini dibentuk untuk menjalankan serta mendukung kebijakan dan program perusahaan induk, khususnya dalam pengelolaan layanan restoran di kereta api serta berbagai bidang usaha pendukung lainnya. Saat ini, PT Reska Multi Usaha (KAI Services) membuka kesempatan lowongan kerja bagi para pencari kerja.

Sejarah layanan restoran kereta api di Indonesia berawal dari kebijakan Pemerintah Hindia Belanda pada era 1930-an yang menghadirkan fasilitas makan dan minum bagi penumpang selama perjalanan. Layanan ini kemudian berkembang dan pada tahun 1971, di masa PJKA, dibentuk sebuah unit bernama RESTORKA yang berada di bawah Balai Besar PJKA dengan kantor pusat di Jalan Stasiun Timur No. 6, Bandung.

Pada tahap awal operasionalnya, RESTORKA hanya menyediakan minuman khas berupa “Es Siripit”. Perkembangan signifikan terjadi pada tahun 1972, setelah diterbitkannya Surat Keputusan Direksi PJKA Nomor 4805/SK/72 tertanggal 5 Desember 1972 bersamaan dengan peluncuran KA Parahyangan. Sejak saat itu, RESTORKA ditetapkan sebagai unit khusus dalam struktur organisasi PJKA yang bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan layanan restoran kereta api, termasuk penyediaan menu makanan legendaris seperti “Nasi Goreng Parahyangan”.

Kini, PT Reska Multi Usaha (KAI Services) kembali membuka peluang bagi masyarakat untuk bergabung melalui beberapa posisi yang tersedia.

Estimator Engineer / Drafter

• Location : (Jakarta, Head Office)
• Employment Type: Contract Based

Job Description :

• We are looking for a Estimator Engineer whose job is to draft technical drawings, analyze cost estimates, determine job specifications, find the latest information on material prices and create alternative prices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Translating design concepts into detailed, accurate, and easy-to-understand technical drawings;
• Analyze plans, bill of quantities and other project documentation to estimate costs;
• Research, source, negotiate, and obtain the best prices and offers from suppliers and subcontractors;
• Analyze data that can affect costs (such as labor cost and company productivity levels);
• Assess the financial, technical, and operational risks of projects;
• Visit project sites to gather information;
• Stay up to date with the latest regulatory and legislative requirements.

Required Qualifications :

• Having Minimum 2 (two) years of project experience as Estimator Engineer Staff / Drafter;
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or any related field;
• Proficient in 2D and 3D computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, Building Information Modeling (BIM), SketchUp, SAP2000/ETABS and other similar software;
• Having an understanding of project management to identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage changes within the project scope;

Preferred Qualifications :

• Attention to Detail, thorough and observant in calculations and willing to conduct field surveys;
• Having the ability to analyze data;
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with the Engineering team and a fast learner person.
