Accountant Officer – MT Finance
Susi Air merupakan maskapai penerbangan asal Indonesia yang dikelola oleh PT ASI Pujiastuti Aviation dan melayani penerbangan berjadwal maupun charter. Didirikan oleh Susi Pudjiastuti pada akhir tahun 2004, maskapai ini berpusat di Pangandaran, Jawa Barat. Susi Air memiliki 20 basis operasional utama yang tersebar di berbagai daerah, antara lain Medan, Banda Aceh, Padang, Dabo, Bengkulu, Jakarta, Pangandaran, Palangkaraya, Samarinda, Tarakan, Malinau, Kupang, Masamba, Manokwari, Biak, Nabire, Timika, Jayapura, Wamena, dan Merauke. Kegiatan operasionalnya didukung oleh lebih dari 140 pilot, 75 teknisi serta mekanik pesawat, dan sekitar 650 staf darat serta tenaga pendukung lainnya.

1.Accountant Officer

- Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
- Prior internship or work experience in an accounting-related position is preferred, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to compile financial reports.
- Able to work individually or team work.
- Worked well under preassure.
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
- Fluency in Indonesian and English are required.
- Attention to Detail Ensures accuracy and consistency in financial records.
- Analytical Thinking Understands financial data and can explain financial outcomes clearly.
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to explain financial matters to non-financial teams.
- Maintains thorough and organized financial records.
- Able to operate Accurate, Zahir and Journal.Id
Responsibilities
- Preparing and maintaining accurate journal entries.
- Assisting in the preparation of basic financial reports such as Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Supporting any financial processes required.
- Coordinating with internal departments for financial documentation.
2.MT General

- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline from a top or reputable university.
- Minimum GPA: 3.5/4.00 (preferred).
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Internship or organizational leadership experience is an advantage.
- Experience in aviation or fast-paced industries is a plus.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

3.Susi Air MT Legal

- Bachelor Degree in Law with GPA Minimum 3,5 from notable university
- Minimum 1-year work experience in legal fields
- Having PKPA and UPA is a plus
- Good skill in making and analyzing company contracts
- Able to handle company documents and permits
- Good ability in handling legal issues, both civil and criminal
- Be mindful and have discretion with sensitive information
- Ability to communicate in written and spoken English
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
- Intermediate in multitasking
- Flexible in terms of working hours
Responsibilities
- Working with the Legal Team on all issues related to Legal, Law, and Regulations, including but not limited to internal and external stakeholders.
- Producing legal products needed and/or requested by the Company.
- Act as an internal advisor for all staff related to legal matter
- Any other assignment needed by the Company.
4.Susi Air Media Team Officer (focusing on Social Media)

- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or equivalent
- Have a creative and detailed mind to content planning and writing skills, and social media handling and analytical skills
- Good in teamwork & managing workload, and able to work under pressure
- Willing to work in Pangandaran, West Java & willing to be dispatched for duty on any places upon company needs
- Having a skill of editing and using camera equipment will be preferred
- Having a prior experience and true passion in related field, especially on aviation and travel will be preferred

- Helping Media Team during company events and activities
- Providing brief for designer, for Social Media content
- Coordinating with PIC for monthly content and strategies

5.MT Finance
(Specialized in Data Analyst)

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Accounting or Finance
- Fresh Graduate with the skills needed are welcome to apply
- Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP) processes
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis (SQL & Python)
- Ability to perform reconciliation of AP data using analytical tools
- Experience in inventory usage reconciliation and cost calculation
- Knowledge of JavaScript is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with accounting systems and Excel
- Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely journal entries
- Handle purchase matching: purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoices
- Conduct inventory stock opname and reconcile inventory records
- Perform reconciliation of AP data and inventory usage vs cost
- Assist in preparing and maintaining tax documentation
- Apply basic tax knowledge related to PPH 23, PPH 22, PPH Final, and PPN
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data accuracy
