1. Management Trainee Program – Forestry COC Certification

• This program is designed to develop future leaders in forest certification systems, legality assurance, and supply chain sustainability. As part of one of Asia’s largest integrated pulp and paper companies, you will gain in-depth exposure to forestry standards and operational excellence.
• What You Will Experience As a participant in the Forestry Management Trainee Program, you will be immersed in the practical application of international forestry certification frameworks such as FSC, PEFC, and SVLK. You will be actively involved in supporting audit processes and ensuring the organization’s compliance with legality verification standards. This program offers a dynamic opportunity to engage with cross-functional teams and take part in responsible forest management efforts across various operational settings.

Candidate Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major
• Fresh Graduate up to maximum of 2 years of working experience
• Minimum GPA of 3.50 out of 4.00
• In-depth understanding of forest certification and legality systems (FSC, PEFC, SVLK)

2. Management Trainee Program Forestry – Environmental Downstream

• APP Group is seeking driven and environmentally conscious graduates to join our Forestry – Environmental Downstream Management Trainee Program, a development track designed to prepare future leaders in sustainable forestry operations, environmental compliance, and downstream certification systems.
