Risk Management Staff

Required Knowledge & Competencies :

• • The candidate is expected to have a solid understanding of RCSA, KRI,KCI, KPI, corporate control, risk profile, risk mitigation, and risk register processes
  • The candidate should demonstrate knowledge of the risk management process, including the ability to identify, analyze, evaluate, and monitor risks across different business units
  • The candidate should possess a strong understanding of the ISO 31000 risk management framework and Good Corporate
  • Governance (GCG) principles
  • The candidate is expected to have the skills to develop and maintain risk management policies, SOPs, and reports in accordance wit organizational standards

Preferred Quaifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in risk management compliance, or internet control
• Familiarity with risk assessment tools, dashboards, or GRC systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and data analysis tools
• Advance in english (verbal and written)
• Good communication and coordination skills across departments
• High integrity, accuracy, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
• Certification in Risk Management (CRMP, ERM, ISO 31000, or equivalent) is and advantage
