SENIOR LEGAL – FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER – HEAD OF PROCUREMENT
PT RANS Entertainment Indonesia Tbk bermula sebagai rumah produksi konten digital yang didirikan oleh Raffi Ahmad dan Nagita Slavina pada penghujung tahun 2015. Nama “RANS” sendiri merupakan akronim yang diambil dari gabungan nama Raffi Ahmad dan Nagita Slavina. Awalnya, perusahaan ini hanya berfokus pada pembuatan konten yang menampilkan aktivitas sehari-hari keluarga mereka melalui platform YouTube dan Instagram. Seiring perkembangan industri digital, RANS bertransformasi menjadi perusahaan media dan hiburan berbasis kreator yang memiliki berbagai lini bisnis, meliputi media, kecantikan, makanan dan produk konsumen, hingga gaya hidup. Selain itu, RANS juga mengembangkan ekosistem bisnis yang mencakup media, hiburan, pengelolaan kekayaan intelektual (IP), penyelenggaraan acara, serta berbagai usaha pendukung yang dijalankan secara terintegrasi melalui anak perusahaan dan investasi strategis.
Dalam struktur kepemimpinan perusahaan, Nagita Slavina menjabat sebagai Presiden Direktur sekaligus Chief Executive Officer (CEO), sedangkan Raffi Ahmad berperan sebagai Chairman dan pendiri perusahaan. Keduanya didukung oleh jajaran direksi dan komisaris yang memiliki pengalaman di berbagai bidang. Pada Juli 2026, PT RANS Entertainment Indonesia Tbk resmi mencatatkan sahamnya di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) sebagai emiten ke-963, dengan berhasil menghimpun dana sebesar Rp429,25 miliar melalui penawaran umum perdana (IPO). Kantor operasional perusahaan berada di kawasan BSD, Tangerang Selatan, yang juga menjadi lokasi penempatan bagi sejumlah posisi manajerial yang saat ini tengah dibuka.

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department, with substantial experience in corporate legal matters, commercial transactions, and contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Corporate Law (Law No. 40 of 2007 on Limited Liability Companies/UUPT) is mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, structure, and execute complex commercial transactions, with a strong understanding of deal structures and legal risk assessment.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of integrity.
- Able to work independently, take ownership of legal matters, and collaborate effectively with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience supporting or advising public listed companies, including knowledge of OJK and IDX regulations, is a strong advantage.

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 7 years of managerial experience in Finance & Accounting.
- Proven experience in the retail industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, management accounting, budgeting, taxation, treasury, and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience in inventory accounting, product costing, and financial analysis within a retail environment.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced business environment.

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major, accounting or engineering is preferred.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in a managerial role within Procurement.
- Proven experience in the Media & Entertainment industry is required.
- Strong knowledge of general procurement as well as event procurement, including sourcing for production, events, vendors, and operational requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, cost optimization, and procurement planning.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- High integrity, detail-oriented, and capable of leading cross-functional teams.
