PT DAHANA (selanjutnya disebut “DAHANA”) merupakan perusahaan BUMN yang tergabung dalam Holding Industri Pertahanan (DEFEND ID). Perusahaan ini berfokus pada bidang bahan berenergi tinggi dan menyediakan layanan terpadu bahan peledak untuk berbagai sektor, seperti pertambangan umum, kuari dan konstruksi, minyak dan gas, serta pertahanan.

Awal berdirinya DAHANA bermula dari proyek Angkatan Udara Republik Indonesia (AURI) pada tahun 1966 yang dikenal sebagai Proyek Menang, berlokasi di Tasikmalaya, Jawa Barat. Selanjutnya, pada tahun 1973 DAHANA resmi menjadi Perusahaan Umum berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 36 Tahun 1973, sebelum akhirnya bertransformasi menjadi Perseroan Terbatas pada tahun 1991.

Seiring waktu, lini bisnis DAHANA semakin berkembang dan mencakup empat bidang utama, yaitu Explosives Manufacturing, Drilling & Blasting, Related Services, serta Defence Related, yang melayani pelanggan di tingkat nasional maupun internasional.

Produk dan layanan DAHANA dimanfaatkan secara luas di berbagai sektor industri di Indonesia, mulai dari pertambangan logam, mineral, dan batubara; industri kuari dan konstruksi seperti semen, aspal, serta penggalian batu andesit; proyek infrastruktur seperti bendungan, terowongan, irigasi, penghancuran bangunan lama, hingga pendalaman pelabuhan; serta di sektor minyak dan gas untuk operasi perforasi casing sumur dan kegiatan seismik. Selain itu, DAHANA juga mendukung kebutuhan operasi militer nasional.

Requirements :

• Maximum age 23 years old for Senior High School graduates, 28 years old for Bachelor’s Degree holders
• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Willing to be assigned to all company operational areas
• Applicants for operator positions who hold a relevant professional certificate will be considered and advantage
